One hundred and one apologies for completely flying off the blogging radar lately!
Being super busy combined with snowfall combined with freezing weather has made
for a very uninspired (and cold) blogger! However I am happy to report things have
finally settled down and I have some exciting things to share in upcoming posts!
I am also very happy to say that I have a home (an awesome one at that!), and a part
time job - woohoo! Things are looking up in New York, a very, very tough city to
establish yourself in which I am very slowly learning, haha. Let's hope this is the
start of a very exciting year! Here are a few photos from the past few weeks to get
the ball rolling again. In the next few posts I will also share my experience attending
a few New York Fashion Week shows which was something I enjoyed immensely!
Accesories: Sportsgirl Bracelet, Sewellery Bracelet, Michael Kors Ring, MJ 'Dot' perfume
Walking through Blizzard Nemo with a glass of wine post a NYFW show. So much snow!
Repost from Zimmermann of me in the most amazing dress and necklace EVER!
New pink sneakers to motivate me to go to the gym (not working!) and walking in the snow with my favorite Zara scarf to keep me warm.
My work's local cafe is Dean & Deluca - cannot complain!
The uninterrupted view of the NY skyline from the front door of my apartment building. I have to keep pinching myself every single day.
Being cheesy with tourist keychains for my apartment keys and my Harry Potter keychain from my beautiful besties.
H&M animal print pants and YSL.
Hanging with the cute little New York locals, Starbucks with a view.
Hiding from the cold and 'model watching' in the Meatpacking District.
A stroll along the Brooklyn Bridge. Such a beautiful piece of architecture.
Topshop necklaces
My dinner one night. Thank you America for making my tummy happy.
Shake Shack's 'Shroom burger, cheesy fries and a vanilla shake. I can't even describe how delicious this meal was (is ... I find myself constantly going back, oops!)
Amazing banana and red velvet cupcakes from Magnolia Bakery and the view from Dumbo, Brooklyn
The beautiful streets of the Upper West Side
We were super lucky to be invited to the Late Show with David Letterman the night the Kardashian's were on - woo!
My favorite spot in Central Park.
Re-viewing these photos has made me realise it's hard to take a bad
photo in such an incredibly beautiful city! Instagram: ashleighdmello

I have been loving your instagram feed lately, makes me wish I could go back to NYC sometime soon, especially to experience winter there. Glad to hear you got a job, is that at Zimmermann? And so envious of you going to some of the shows, hope you are having heaps of fun! x
